Utility Analysts, LLC is a Connecticut limited liability company established in 1998. We are one of the first Connecticut-based and New England focused firms involved in the utility auditing business. The firm has provided utility bill review services since 1996 to municipal and commercial customers throughout New England and beyond. The company has also been a certified Electric Aggregator in the State of Connecticut since 2006.

Management Team
Rachel Baugher, President and key director of the day to day operations. She holds an Accounting degree from Northeastern University, is a certified public accountant, and was employed as a tax manager with Coopers & Lybrand, CPA before starting her review and procurement business. She wrote and published a training manual on auditing utility billing, and provides training to professionals looking to start a similar business across the country.
Ms. Baugher is an active member in the Connecticut Society of CPAs, the CT Power & Energy Society, and Canton, CT Chamber of Commerce as well as allied memberships with CT Lodging and Hotel Association (CTLA) and Arizona Lodging and Tourism Association (AZLTA)
